In January 2022, I embarked on a new adventure with Lightsource bp (LSbp), a global leader in utility-scale solar energy and battery storage projects. LSbp was then a 50:50 joint venture with bp, but in November 2023, bp fully acquired LSbp as its onshore renewable energy and battery storage platform. LSbp maintains its independent brand, organization, and culture, of which I am proud to be a part. This change is taking LSbp to the next level of growth and performance and is unlocking the enormous potential in my team. I’m excited to contribute to the transition to a low-carbon energy future, which I believe is the most important challenge and opportunity of our time. I’m part of an entrepreneurial team that challenges the status quo of the energy landscape, creating innovative solutions and disrupting the market. I’m passionate about energy technology, innovation, and solving complex development challenges, which keep me motivated and inspired.
